Problem
Using pspice, design an amplifier which has a gain of 20 and input impedance of higher than 1k ohm and output impedance of smaller than 10 ohm. Assume given BJT transistor has following parameters : Is = 310^(-16)A, b= 100, VT = 0.02586V, VA = 10V, and circuit parameters has following value : Rx (driving impedance)=0, Vcc = 2.5V. (you must design a complete amplifier including bias circuit)
